Half Marathon Training Program Week whatever this is...

Today was an 8 mile run, and if there is anything I have learned from this round of training, it is that having a running buddy is AWESOME.  Today's run felt great.  We went at a good pace, about 10 min/mile, and I felt like I could have kept going.  Having a buddy means that the time goes faster, and I go faster, and I feel safe and happy.  Running alone can be fun, and I like to do it a few times a week, but long runs that put me miles from home are a little... outside my comfort zone... unless I have a partner.

I ran 20 miles this week, and I'll be running at least that each week for the next two months.  Yowza!
