Half Marathon Training Program Week 6

This week went much better than the last.  According to Daily Mile, I ran about 24 miles this week, which is awesome.  Also awesome is that my running buddy and I are managing to do our long runs at a much increased pace, and have set an official goal of doing the half marathon in under two hours, which is waaaay faster than my last half.  So, yay for that!  It is good to have goals.

In other news, the weather has turned super duper crappy, so I did a run at the gym on the treadmill today and it sucked.  IT sucked hard.  It is so much better to run with a partner and to run outside.  Please, rain, cooperate with this plan.
