This is my quick and easy go-to noodle dish.
2 cups of turkey ham, cut into 1/4 wide, 2-inch long strips
1 package linguini, prepared
1 cup frozen peas
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup cream
1/4 milk
2 oz grated parmesan
1 oz grated gruyere
Saute Turkey ham, onions and garlic in a olive oil over medium heat until onions are translucent. Add peas and continue to saute until peas are warmed. Add milk and cream, heat through. Grate cheeses into the mixture, stirring well. Remove from heat, and pour over pasta, tossing to coat.
